750 ml bottle to snifter (shared by Dogbones). Looks good; a hazy lemon yellow with white head and a bit of tiny sediment. Smells good too; white wine, oak, funk, and lemon zest. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Good stuff!

750, corked and strung. Thanks, A & E! You guys are awesome. What a great treat. Pours a murky medium amber with bright golden blond edges and a dense and creamy platinum blond head that starts out as a gigantic PITA and never really goes away. You’re constantly dealing with huge cotton balls of lace and an endless supply of head that endless threatens to geyser over the top of the glass if you’re not careful with the pour. Big tart swanky nose, lots of lemon, some basement, strawberries, some egg yolk...this cat just flat knows how to get parallel lines to fall into patterns like railroad tracks. The aromatics bundle together in a harmonious sequence of fairly disparate qualities that end up being much more interesting together. Creamy medium body with boundlessly lively carb. Tart caramel, lemon, basement, strawberries, moss, egg yolk, and mineral dryness on the mid palate. The mineral notes assert more near the end, along with the strawberries, leaving the swallow and the follow a nice cling of berries and rocks. This is a wonderful beer and I should drink it all the fucking time.

Bottle thanks to Diego. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong oak, wine, and yeast. Thick mouthfeel with fruit and light oak with nice dry finish. Really enjoyed this one.

Bottle shared at Richard’s Graduation Party (Western Springs, IL). Thanks, guys! Pours a rich hazy golden pour, touch of darkness, rich haziness, frothy whitish head atop laces ok. Thicker film laces well. Aromas are fruity, firm estery pear, banana, and apple. Sour gentle tartness, funk is rich, mellow oak and funky brett. Initial is fairly fruity, apple and pear, some funk and gentle tartness. Some oak, straw, funk. Some dryness, apple, and tartness. More fruity front end leads to a mellow straw, gentle grass presence. Backend is tartness, mellow presence, some gentle funk, lactic element. A gentle sour, fairly fruity and estery. Nice funk, but young. Tasty.

750ml bottle pours a hazy gold with some frothy white head. Nose is herbal, tart, lavender, dusty, flower pollen, white grape, white peach, fresh squeezed orange juice. Flavor is really heavy with unripened peaches, kumquats, orange juice, lemon zest, herbal, lavender, white grape, light wood shaving. Lightly sweet, otherwise herbal finish. Very nice. Well crafted.

pours unclear and bright yellow with a very nice frothy white head, good retention and lacing. very dusty and leathery bretts, white wine, juicy fruitiness - pineapple and cantaloupe, hayish and lightly doughy malts, citrus, spices, herbs. bright yet soft carbonation, light body - oily, abv incredibly well hidden, nice and welcoming light acidity, tart and spicy-herbal-grassy astringent finish. smooth. this stuff is excellent!

Very fancy bottle. Cheers to deeblo for bringing this from the states! The pour’s slightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma’s salty brine, tart lemon peel, light marshmallow. Wild funk. The taste is green apple juice, soft acidity. A bit of lemon drizzle cake. Ribbon candy. Very easy-drinking and smooth considering the ABV. Medium body, slightly chalky on the palate. Overall, pretty nice. I didn’t get much of the wine barrel in this.

Courtesy of steebo Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy candied orange, lemon, lemon peel, and white wine. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a large bubbled ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of orange. The finish has moderate orange peel, light lemon, and a touch I of vinous notes.

Sampled at esbls. Hazy white gold. Some funk is smelled. Brett? Tasted, too. Soft fruit with vinous notes. Interesting.
