750ml bottle pours a hazy gold with some frothy white head. Nose is herbal, tart, lavender, dusty, flower pollen, white grape, white peach, fresh squeezed orange juice. Flavor is really heavy with unripened peaches, kumquats, orange juice, lemon zest, herbal, lavender, white grape, light wood shaving. Lightly sweet, otherwise herbal finish. Very nice. Well crafted.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very fancy bottle. Cheers to deeblo for bringing this from the states! The pour’s slightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma’s salty brine, tart lemon peel, light marshmallow. Wild funk. The taste is green apple juice, soft acidity. A bit of lemon drizzle cake. Ribbon candy. Very easy-drinking and smooth considering the ABV. Medium body, slightly chalky on the palate. Overall, pretty nice. I didn’t get much of the wine barrel in this.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy candied orange, lemon, lemon peel, and white wine. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a large bubbled ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of orange. The finish has moderate orange peel, light lemon, and a touch I of vinous notes.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a relatively large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of vinous notes with some tart notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix between some vinous notes with some tart notes and light funky yeast undertones. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Very solid mix between complex Brett notes with well-balanced acidity level.
