Bottle... Poured hazy, somewhate of a pinkish/orange with a thin, lacy head. The nose was awesome here. Reminded me of cocktail bitters with the earthiness and spiciness. Tasted mildly tart with noticeable acidity. Some other funk and wine barrel tones. Mildly vinous, but the wine barrels didnt dominate and the beer could show its true colors. Fruits, floral and earthy spicing, and a little but of dryness towards the finish.

Bottle, thanks Jack for sharing. This was quite tasty. Reminded me of Hill Farmstead Ann and Tired Hands HandFarm—both wine barrel aged saison/sours. Lots of funk- pineapple, cotton candy, light stone fruit in the nose with a good dose of vinous white wine barrel. Flavor follows suit with a strong barrel finish. Great beer with booze well hidden.

Very fancy bottle. Cheers to deeblo for bringing this from the states! The pour’s slightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma’s salty brine, tart lemon peel, light marshmallow. Wild funk. The taste is green apple juice, soft acidity. A bit of lemon drizzle cake. Ribbon candy. Very easy-drinking and smooth considering the ABV. Medium body, slightly chalky on the palate. Overall, pretty nice. I didn’t get much of the wine barrel in this.

pours unclear and bright yellow with a very nice frothy white head, good retention and lacing. very dusty and leathery bretts, white wine, juicy fruitiness - pineapple and cantaloupe, hayish and lightly doughy malts, citrus, spices, herbs. bright yet soft carbonation, light body - oily, abv incredibly well hidden, nice and welcoming light acidity, tart and spicy-herbal-grassy astringent finish. smooth. this stuff is excellent!

Generously shared by Harpreet at the Livermore Saloon. Thanks! It pours a hazy light gold color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is full of moldy peaches and light farty funk. There’s some breadiness in there with wood, white wine and citric acid. The flavor has light, sweet tangerines, tropical fruit, sauvignon blanc grapes and spicy, funky brett in the finish. It’s only lightly sour with a full body and creamy mouthfeel. I wasn’t into the fecal heavy aroma, but the flavors and mouthfeel were superb. Really nice sour.

hazy gold, wispy cream head, small bubbled ring. Lightly fusel, very dry and floral, hay and grass. Flavor cleaner, light lemon peel, grass, light ester sweetness, finish is dry and toasty, lightly resinous hops. Bit flat finish, off notes mar an otherwise great first effort.

Bottle thanks to Diego. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong oak, wine, and yeast. Thick mouthfeel with fruit and light oak with nice dry finish. Really enjoyed this one.
