750ml bottle. Pale gold with white foam. Nose is funky, hint of gueuze-like cheese, and has a nice influence from the barrels. Tastes bright, sour, lemon citrussy, honey, again nice wine barrel twang. Hides the 10% well. Lovely classy sour. Really wish I had easy access to their beers.

Pale gold, hazy, fluffy white head. Aroma: dry, biscuity malt, apricot, pear, tart acidity. Flavor: bready malt with some wheat charcter, citrusy acidity, more apricot, noble hops.

750ml bottle pours a hazy golden color with a lot of fine frothy head. Mild sourness balanced with some sweetness, belgian yeast and fruity flavors.

750ml bottle from Belmont Station. A: Cloudy orange color with a half inch of firm white head. A slight glass stain for legs. N: Lemon, grapefruit, straw, horse blanket, and ample oak. Candied oranges. Wine is pronounced with the vinous white grape, some melon and apricot. Esters. This is very inviting. T: Mixture of sourness, oak, and a back end malt which rounds out the flavors. Balanced and delicate without sacrificing intensity. M: Full, well-carbonated, and smooth. O: Iím going to load up on bottles of this. Really, really nice stuff. Bravo.

Smell of citrus, lemon peel, tangerines and slightly tart. Slightly medicinal which is offputting

Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy straw hued with fizzy with head that dissipates quickly to thin ring. Aroma is hay, yeast, barnyard, esters, citrus, acidic. Mouthfeel is nice and refreshing with moderately light body and high carbonation. Taste is sweet initially with a slight tartness following and CO2 sharpness throughout the finish. Overall, this is a really nice brew from Ale Apothecary.

Sample from bottle. Tastes like a nicely tart saison. Lots of fruit, citrus and more. Very nice.

Thanks for bringing this guy over Todd, been interested in trying Ale Apothecary fr a little while now. Pours a light orange in color with two fingers worth of bretty, frothy head. Really nice brett forward nose, itís dry, lemony, apricot, and very saison-like in nature. Flavor has a lot of similarties to the nose, itís not as dry or tart, itís a little sweeter, but still very crisp and saison-like. There is a light honey flavor to it, almost like a nice biere de garde. Very clean and lightly tart. Light to moderate mouthfeel, gentle carbonation, no acidity, and a moerate finish. Really, really nice beer. Iív been going back to smelling it a ton, it has a really nice farmhouse character to it reminiscent of Logsdon and HIll Farmstead. Incredibly crushable at 9.3%, this guy can sneak up on you if youíre not careful. Definitely looking forward to whatís to come from Ale Apothecary in the coming months/years.

Thanks to GT2 for sharing! Pours hazy and golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma started out a bit sulfery but that goes away after a time and leaves you with a soft doughy aroma with hints of lemongrass. Taste is more dough and citrus, soft palate but a bit boozy. I legit took a little nap after dinner with this one. Over all, pretty tasty.

Pours golden yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma of lemons, light funk, oak. Taste is crisp and clean. Same as aroma with slight wine notes and sticky finish. Excellent beer. 10% but no booze whatsoever. Refreshing and drinkable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
