3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home, paid $27 at the local beer store here in Vermont. Crisp apple juice looking almost chardonay beer. nose is grapey, vinous and sweet. Taste is crisp and earthy. mild bitterness, almost like tangerine. Then it’s followed by fresh cut apples. very interesting and I’d have it again if the price were a bit lower.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Generously shared by Harpreet at the Livermore Saloon. Thanks! It pours a hazy light gold color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is full of moldy peaches and light farty funk. There’s some breadiness in there with wood, white wine and citric acid. The flavor has light, sweet tangerines, tropical fruit, sauvignon blanc grapes and spicy, funky brett in the finish. It’s only lightly sour with a full body and creamy mouthfeel. I wasn’t into the fecal heavy aroma, but the flavors and mouthfeel were superb. Really nice sour.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at RBWG 2014 Grand tasting, thanks! Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma a light slightly bitter/tart citrus with light fruit, flora and a hint of sweet grains underlying. Flavor has more grass and citrus with a light tartness, a bit of rose, and a dry wine finish.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bright lemon color, copious amounts of head & lace. Absurd stickiness all over my glass. Beautiful.
Smells like magic: so yeasty/grassy/funky, plenty sour, Brett galore. All of this bleeds onto the palate, assaulting my tongue with salvos of flavor. Damn, this may be the best Brett beer I've had yet. Super impressed.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a relatively large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of vinous notes with some tart notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix between some vinous notes with some tart notes and light funky yeast undertones. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Very solid mix between complex Brett notes with well-balanced acidity level.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared at the November 2012 Santa Cruz tasting. Bizarre blend of herbal notes, mainly ginger but also a sort of Ricola-like character. Sweet doughiness, pale malts, set against a vinous acidity.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle... Pours hazy and golden with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The bouquet is totally weird, but wonderful at the same time - a blend of horse blanket, dustiness, lemon peel, muskiness, and one of my patented beer farts. This is actually a good thing - I like my own flavor. Anyway, full-bodied with a whole-milk mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is tart, moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Finishes tangy with gentle bread crust bitterness. A dab of butter in the aftertaste. Bottle courtesy newcigarz!
