Strong Ale 2012. Very dark brown pour with a khaki head. Nose of roasted malt, toast, cocoa, and coffee. A bit of dark fruit, toffee, and molasses sweetness. The flavor has a decent sweetness to it. More of the flavor is roast, coffee, and dark chocolate, however. Some molasses, toffee, and fruit notes, a light bitterness, and some earthy hops.
