3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
33cl draught. Beer and coffee in one. :) I liked it for the decent coffee aroma, minimal sweetness, black colour, medium body. Minimal smoke is also nice for roasted coffee taste. Not too alcoholic, not too sweet. Good.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Dark brown and cloudy. The aroma has lots of phenols, overwhelming the light chocolate. Decent body and light chocolate notes but again there is massive nail polish remover phenols just messing with this beer.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
The head is ok, the body black. It smells malty, a bit sour, roasty. The taste is sweet- sour, coffee, espresso. In my opinion a bit to sour for this beer. 11/9/10/10/-/9

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Draft at Black Turtle 3. Muddy dark brown with lacy head
Aroma is instant coffee and cocoa powder with rubbing alc finish
All wrong in the palate with lingering alcoholic phenols and burnt charred oversparged grain

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Old rating - draft at brewpub. Dark brown, ale like pour. strangely bright. body is quite light and sour like normal local macro. not too much screaming that it is a dark beer other than color, which is ruby-red or amber. Sour mash, similar to their house svetlo.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught at Black Turtle, Decanska 23, Belgrade. Hazy very dark brown, minimalhead. Fruity nose. Medium bodied with rounded spritzy mouthfeel. Medicinal with plenty of winegum and a mere whisper of roastiness. Low bitterness. Flavourful, though with some unexpected components.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at the Black Turtle in Gospodar Jovanova, Belgrade. Poured a very dark red-brown, near black, with a small thick rocky head that stood there for awhile. Bready yeasty nose, with some distinct sweaty herbal hop. That hopiness develops in the taste, over a solid black background, and turns into a sweaty passionfruit-like wall. The bitterness is pretty much absent. Hmm... strange but drinkable I guess, finished my glass without qualms, so the mouthfeel’s not bad, but the taste needs some work.
