BeerViking (1454) - Lüneburg, Lower Saxony, GERMANY - JUN 22, 2012

Cask at the Botanist, light amber with a cream-coloured head and a faint haze. Malt & yeast on the nose, a chewy Ovaltiney body with hints of fruit and a hoppy bitter finish. I’m told it uses Sovereign hops, there is hop bittering and some hop flavour but not much hop aroma.
