A heavily sparkled golden coloured beer with a bright white head. Nice citrussy hops throughout and good pale malts. Tropical fruits. Nouveau hops. The hops don’t sing like you’d like them to but it’s still pretty good.

Cask,hand pulled at The Wellington.12th march.Golden orange pour with medium sized white head.Citrus,hop and fruit aroma.Caramel,hop,citrus and fruit with some hints of malt in the taste.Quite a bit going on flavourwise in this one making an easy drinking and tasty session beer.

Cask at the Devonshire Arms, Cambridge. Clear amber pour with a broken white thin head. A hint of malt in the aroma that perfectly disguises the spicy hoppy aftertaste in the flavour. The complex flavours from this ale hit the palate right away and linger for a while. A gorgeous ale.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, hop oli, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111020]

On cask at Cloisters. A blonde ale with a decent white head. Aroma of lemony citrus, spicy and peppery hops and barley. Flavours of caramel and yeast with peppery and grassy hop notes. Nicely bitter with a long dry finish. A ginger bite at the back of the throat. Very good.

Cask (gravity dispense) at the Bricklayers Arms Yorkshire Beer Festival on 24 February 2011. Pale gold colour. Thin head. Excellent condition. Good fresh feel. Quite bitter. Bags of strong aromatic hops in the aroma and flavour. Very good.
