Sample. Dark golden color with fluffy white head. Slight clove aroma. Flavor is the same, too thin for me.

Aroma: Banana, clove, bubblegum. Appearance: Cloudy gold with minimal head. Taste: Heavy sweetness with light bitterness at the finish. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, long finish. Overall: Really nice, clean beer. Not mind blowing, but I would seek this out.

Sample at Jackie O’s as part of Ohio Brew Week. This brew is a slightly hazy golden color with a medium ivory white head that dissipates to an outer ring eventually. Minimal lacing on the glass. Aroma of bananas and yeast. Light body with flavors of overripe banana, malt and yeast. The finish is fruity with a mild wheat aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Draft sample. Poured an hazy orange color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus, banana and clove aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture with soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium citrtus sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid soft drinkable beer.

JStax (5478) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - JUN 25, 2012
Poured on draft. Hazy yellow with a frothy, dense white head of foam. Aroma emits a nice bouquet of clove, orange zest, cardamom, cinnamon, the list goes on. Taste is a touch sweet, but mostly bready. Bready, wheaty notes come out in the finish.
