Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with small white head. Some thin small bubble lacing, light body, light carbonation, and nice coriander aroma. Taste is light lemon, coriander, and some wheat. Average wheat.

Champagne like color and appearance. Really nice spiced wheat aroma with a hint of citrus. The flavor has a fresh citrus and spice to it. This is a very refreshing session beer.

Bottle: pours clear pale yellow, decent white ring. Nose is bright, lemon, wheat and dough. More of the same on the palate. Reasonable wheat characterize but missing a robustness that other wits provide. Lighter bodied and surely drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured on draft. Appearance is a hazy pale yellow with a thin white head of foam. Aroma is fruity and zesty with notes of lemon and then some wheaty notes. Taste is predominantly sweet but gives way to a bready, yeasty finish. Good beer overall and a nice thirst quencher.
