A West Coast style IPA full of citrus-like and tropical fruit-like hop flavor and aroma with an assertive yet smooth bitter finish. .....malt, take a back seat please.

A long lost whale finally obtained, oh thank you oh so much, Drew! This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a semi-hazy but mostly transparent soft golden color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated gently. Leaves a messy lacing all around. The smell had a lush sweet citrus hops up front allowing a delicate sweet malt underneath. The taste was fully bittersweet with an added sweet grassy sweetness roaming underneath. Light sticky citrus aftertaste. Semi-dry sweet citrus finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a solid sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good allowing a nice bitterness to hit appropriately. Overall, whale slain, and totally worthy of having again, a top notch AIPA that I know I would have again if I could ever get my hands on again.

Pours a light gold with white head. Has a strong citrus/floral hop bomb aroma. A strong citrus hope taste with floral notes, pine, and sweet honey. A bitter hop aftertaste but not overwhelming as some citrus, pine and honey also linger.

Clear gold, white head. Nose is orange, pine, some melon, strawberry, some alcohol, a little clay like malt. Flavor is pine, light astringency mingling with orange pith, honey, melon. Solid lingering bitterness.

12 oz bottle from a trade a while ago, since I have a ton of IPAs to drink. The pour is a nice light golden orange, a bit foggy, with a nice white head and some nice lace. The aroma is a lighter tropical fruit that is well balanced. There is a nice sweet, not bitter, hop that shows up without any of the resounding resin and bitter. The flavor is a little lacking. It's got a nice fruitiness to it, but there isn't a big punch here. I'd like to see some more pine or resin. But the fruits are pretty good. The mouth feel is a bit syrupy and a little undercarbonated. The aftertaste is lingeringly sweet tropical fruit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear pale orange yellow with a white head. Aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and tangerine. Taste is medium bitterness with a clean finish. Well done and unexpected.

Bottle@home, from WineSpot, Cleveland, USA. Medium slightly sweet flowery aroma with mango, but with a hint of citrus making it fresh. There’s also a bit of malts in aroma. Copper color and small white head. Slightly hazy liquid. Medium taste with American sweetness and some English bitterness like combination of fresh and overage mango. Medium balanced. Medium taste spectrum and long hoppy aftertaste with sweet malts. Medium body with medium/low carbonation. Overall very nice balance of sweet and bitter notes makes this fresh and delicious. A bit more balance and its perfect.

Tasted from a 12 oz. bottle. It poured a hazy golden hue with an off white head and minimal streaky lacing. It had a citrus hop aroma, with a slightly bitter top and a semisweet hopped bottom. A refreshing little number. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
