Tap at Boonville Beer Fest. Hazy golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma of sweet malt, light fruits, pepper, and yeast. Flavor of sweet malt, light fruits, orange, and slight hoppiness. Fairly little funk for the style. Medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy gold-orange with a small white head. Citrus fruit, sweet malt, pepper, and spicy hops fill the aroma. The flavor is medium-light in sweetness, but a bit malty for a saison, and has a peppery, medium-bitter finish, along with a nice orange-tangerine fruitiness. Medium bodied with crisp carbonation. Interesting saison, that is malty but still quite refreshing.
