Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a dark beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, caramel, maple sirup, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, maple sirup, alcohol, wood, brettanomyces, alcohol, caramel, and wood, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of thagr81_us. Pours an almost clear nutty brown with a small off-white head. Estery and caramellish aroma - I don’t really pick up any Brett character though. Rich body, lowish carbonation, very thick and distinct maple syrup flavours, quite sophisticated but gets a little sticky. 250113

Clear brown in color with almost no head. Aroma is dominated by Belgian yeast character (fruity/clove-y). Not perceiving any thing in the nose other than the "spices’ listed. Maybe maple sugar... The taste is also dominated by the yeast. Fruity and spicy with a bit of malt character to tone that down. Not my style but pretty good in my estimation.

Bottle at home. Dark red pour. Almost no carbonation. Smells of sweet potatoes, pumpkin and cloves. Taste is very unique. Sweet, cloves, brown sugar and maple syrup. Bretty finish but is not overpowering. I like this beer a lot.

pours a deep amber with no head - very small pop upon opening the bottle. sweet nose with spices, pumpkin / yam and sugars. light to med body - sweet throughout - seems a bit drier than the normal Autumn Maple. dark fruits, light citrus, spices and some alcohol warmth. strong finish with sweet sugars, orange, a light tartness and some vinous notes. for a 100% Brett fermentation, this is right along the lines of what I expected.

This poured a murky light brown color with a beige head. Aroma was of caramel corn, yams, light light brett, oak, and brown sugar. Flavor was influenced by the brett, but it certainly does not play the main role here. Lots of sweetness upfront, mainly caramel and yams, some other vegetal notes, and light barrel. Ok.

Drank from 750 ml bottle poured into wine glass. Aroma-malty and maple notes. Little bit of bourbon smell. Appearance- light golden brown with heavy head. Taste- very syrupy and tastes like molasses. Wishing i got the yam taste as promised. Very heavy and tough to drink. Would be good with a cigar. Palate- very strong. Tastes like i just used sailor jerry as a mouthwash. Overall- a lot of interesting smells and flavors but not exactly my type of beer.
