Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, ginger bread, spicy, pumpkin alike, ginger. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, caramel, ginger bread, roasted malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin dark brown head. The aroma has strong notes of ginger combined with medium notes of cardemomme, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of cardemomme, caramel, bread, malt, and ginger, leading to a dry bready and spicy finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is spiced, dark malty, light metallic and liqourice. Thick malty, dense liqourice, fruity, spiced and light phenolic. Dark overripe fruity and liqourice finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an opaque dark brown with a warm reddish hue and a beige hue. Heavy aroma of prunes and dates and a little spice as well. Solid body, low carbonation, again lots of oxidized dark fruits and a little indefinable spice. Warming alcohol finish. Almost Quad-like. Nice! 280112

Bottle. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy clove and star anise aroma. Sweetish malty spicy dry flavor. has a sweetish malty dry spicy finish with hints of caramel.

Botlle @ Fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, roast malt, gingerbread, fruits and hops.

Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Very dark brown (almost black) - offwhite head. Roasted. Nutty. Fruity. Dark fruits. Spice. Grassy. Light rubber notes. Red berries. Tobacco light tarmac. Dark roasted ryebread. Ueasty notes. Light phenolic. Ok.
