2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap in Philly. Tropical fruits galore in the nose, smells pretty spicy. Pineapple explosion on the palate as prickly carb tickles my tongue. Needs a little more body and a bit less carb. A touch boozy and sweet at the same time. Tropical fruit is honestly pretty harsh. Unique.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Clear golden with a thin white head. Dusty hay aroma with some Belgian blonde malty aroma and malty sugary sweetness. Smooth flavor with lots of complexity going on. Peppery yeasty funk esters with blonde spicy malts, herbal bitterness, spruce tips, and dry hay/barn flavors, and a little pineapple sweetness. Basically tastes like a Christmas tree-Saison, with a little kiss of dusty caramel.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold color with a white head of whispy foam. The aroma is heavy on the pineapple juice. I love pineapple, so its not a problem, but I think it detracts from the rest of the potential aromatic profile. Taste is more pineapple, but it isn’t nearly as pleasant as drinking pineapple juice. Some spices do eventually come through in the finish.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma of candied sugar, Belgian yeast, and light fruity esters. Flavour is fairly boozy, with licorice fumes, Belgian candied sugar, yeast, pineapple juice and loads of booze. Not refined at all, with off-kilter notes that are not in balance at all. Not so palatable. I continue to be amazed at the overrating of this brewery.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
750 ml corked dark bottle. Pours a deep golden color with alcohol lace and fine white head. Fruity, almost heather-like aromas and flavors. Big malt and alcohol presence. Nice sweet maltiness.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle; poured a fairly clear gold color with an average white head. Aroma of yeast, sugar, spice, alcohol, and bread. Flavor was really sweet in the finish; overpowered the beer at times. Up front some spice, especially allspice; can taste the pineapple in a way, especially in the mouthfeel. Alcohol was not too pronounced, but maybe it was because of the sweetness. Gets more fruity with each and each taste. Not up to their usual standards.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours quite orange with an orange-tinted head that fades fast. Sweet and lots of pineapple when cold, growing more sour as it warms. Spices are present but subtle. Anyone who finds the alcohol in this distracting needs to be drinking more whisky neat.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
really just fucking awful. I generally enjoy The Bruery’s beers, even if they are a bit heavy handed and disgustingly sweet at times. This was sickly sweet, poured like yellow corn syrup, tasted like salty malt-extract and weird spicy fruit. Not good fruit, weird, savory, ham-like fruit.
just terrible and insulting to beer consumers to release something so foul and gladly charging a premium price for their garbage.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Nose and flavor strong in allspice. Flavor makes your butthole pucker, must be the pineapple. High carbonation and thin head. Way too high of an ABV for this beer, makes it very unbalanced. Bottle says its good for seven years, so maybe this one needs to sit for a while.

3.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
First Bruery beer I have ever had. Good color and pour. Light head. Aroma of citrus fruits. Very high alcohol and it tastes as such. Very fruity taste mostly pineapple or similar. I give it a B.
