Bottle randomly discovered at DLM. Can you have a pineapple spiked Belgian Ale? That’s what this seemed like. Very fruity with a little clove spice and hint of banana too. ABV well hidden. Fine overall.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 VALIS (210) - Nashua, New Hampshire, USA - APR 3, 2013
Bubblegum, other store candies, not really pineapple. Taste is sticky, tart, now I taste a little pineapple, but also a fair amount of chemical weirdness. It’s so close to tasting like exotic tropical fruit, but in the end is very sticky and unnatural.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Wittales (440) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAR 28, 2013
Appearance was hazy orangish copper yellowish with diminishing white creamy 1/2 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are pineapple, spices with cake like Belgian floral yeasts, no alcohol present. Taste are mostly pineapple, slight cinnamon, ginger, hints of lemon with farm like yeasts, alcohol present. Palate was soft tiny CO2 with medium body, then lasting pineapple alcoholic finish. The alcohol ruins it for me.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 mpersinger (311) - , California, USA - MAR 10, 2013
Taster poured orange-yellow with no head. Though I wasn’t aware this had pineapple, those notes dominated the nose. This ale is overly sweet, medium-bodied, with low carbonation. It does hide the alcohol under the syrupy texture.
