Botella de 750ml (1pt 94fl.oz.). Copa Cáliz sobredimensionada Tripel Karmeliet. Brota con color marrón y tintes rojizos, rubí, a contraluz. Espuma beige con bastante buena retención. Despliegue de aromas de maltas tostadas y caramelo, higos, dátiles, trazos de pulpa de naranja madura, avellana y hierbas. Entrada tostada y caramelizada. 750ml (1pt 94 fl.oz.) bottle. Tripel Karmeliet Oversized Chalice glass. Pours brown in color, reddish ruby to the light. Headed by beige crown showing fairly good retention. Toasted & caramel malts, figs, dats, ripe orange pulp hues, nutmeg & herbs are displayed on the aroma profile. Toasted & caramelish upfront. Full body. Soft carbonation. Flavor of molasses, maple syrup notes , brown sugar, slight phenolic touch & anice hints are balanced by herbal bitterness in the middle. Sweet no-cloying finish. Gentle warming, no harsh, kind & sugary ABV through the throat. Ripe fruit apricot-like on the aftertaste.

Tap at Eureka! U village. Brown pour, minimal head. Pumpkin pie spice dominated the aroma and flavor alike. Sweet and boozy, classic Bruery fare. Does it suck because I hate pumpkin pie ales or does it suck because the Bruery is starting to parody itself? Yes.

Bomber from CCB in Osaka. Yeast, big earthy notes with spice and light chocolate and moderate fumes. Dark brown/ruby color with a thick head that dissipates within a minute. Strong mix of dark fruit flavors, mild citrus and cinnamon, yams notes balance it out. Really hard to suss out individual flavor notes. Medium body. Very rich flavor-forward stuff. Elegant and not overly sweet. A great take on a traditional style.

Big bottle. Deep, lovely amber-red with a tall head that disappears quickly. Very big spice nose, yams (seems like pumpkins), cinnamon, Belgian yeast. Nose spicy fall nose. Sweet flavor, maple syrup, cinnamon, fruity tang, oranges. Very autumny. Quite sweet but not over-the-top at all. Quite nice, really.
