Black Tuesday 2012 party, Session B at Tasting Room

Appearance: Pours black with no head. Looks thick. Aroma: Chocolate, bourbon, light banana, creme brulee. Taste: Chocolate, hot bourbon, vanilla, dark chocolate, sugar, finishes with roast and booze. Mouthfeel: Thick with low carbonation. Overall: Such a treat. They could have gone further with the bananas with how strong BT is.

Black pour with no head. Tastes like Black Tuesday with Banana and vanilla. Slight nutty flavor. Takes some of the heat off the plain BT.

On cask at Bruery Provisions. Pours dark brown with not a hint of carbonation. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, oak, and just a little banana. Tastes like pure alcohol. Not bad...

Black in color with no head. Moderate banana aroma, sweet brown sugar, vanilla, bourbon, and wood. Good chocolate aroma, a mild roast, coffee, and a hint of dark fruit. A fairly strong banana flavor, light spice, lots of chocolate, and plenty of bourbon. Heavy vanilla, some oak, dark fruit, and some alcohol. The banana adds a nice complexity.
