Bottle thanks to a generous California trader whose name escapes my head. Pours a hazy golden orange with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a combination or citrus, caramel and toast with a bit of backing oak. Flavor is full starts with sweet grains and caramel with a bit of light fruit and citrus in the finish as well as a hint of oak.

750ml bottle thanks to Luckyhank. pours a deep orange with a 1+ finger white head. citrus nose with deep sweet caramel malt tones. med to full body - well carbonated throughout - deep orange / pineapple / grapefruit notes with light spices, light oak and candi sugar. sweet, somewhat tart finish with lots of citrus layers followed by pepper and other spices.

The more I try with The Bruery, the more I enjoy the beers they make. I wish their distribution was a little bit better, but when I can find their beers...I’ll buy ’em. The aroma on this beer was grapefruits, yeast rolls, a little alcohol, and light straw. Flavor was centered around the hops, so it was more of a Belgian IPA I thought. Some honey/apple sweetness shows up, light oak/earthyness (mustyness?) and more hops. Really nice.

Pours deep, orange golden amber with a decent white head on top. The aroma is delicious, a sweet balanced tripel with the citra hops shining through deliciously. The flavor is similar, sweet, light syrupy tripel yeast flavors with a fruity and lightly bitter hop ending.

Hazy golden pour from bottle. This was sweet with hints of pepper and some oak that meld well into the mix. Easy to drink.

[bottle] shared by the usual trio. Thanks! Pours clear gold with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma is white pears, candi sugar, Belgian yeast, light, leafy hops, but it comes across more noble than tropical. Flavor is initially nice and floral, honey, light herb, light yeast. The mid-palate is great - white fruit, candi sugar. The finish just completely bombs. Odd yeast character, out of place vegetal flavor, and the dryness just makes it worse. Almost awesome.

Bottle with the MN crew. Thanks guys! Pour is a clear honey gold, with a billowing white head that fades to really nice lacing. Aroma is citrus and wheat, peaches and other white fruit, a touch of white wood. Taste is some white fruit, wet wheat, some spices and citrus. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear golden pour, lasting frothy carbonation and nice herbal flowery sweet nose. Flavor is sweet wildflower honey, slight bite of hops, herbs and the aftertaste was slightly medicinal. Average.

Bottle… Hazy golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aromatic highlights are white pepper, pepper corns and lemon peel. Full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The flavor presents biscuit, cookie and pale grains balanced by medium peppery bitterness. Finishes bittersweet – more sweet than bitter.
