Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate to heavy yeasty, riped fruit, wood - oak. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, alcohol, spicy hops - yeast, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120202]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, lemons, and yeast. The flavor lemons, straw, hops, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Fruity aroma of grass, spices and hops.
Fruity flavour of hops, grass and basil with notes of spices.
Hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are pineapple,grapfruit, peach, flowers,malt, yeast and hops.

(750ml bottle) Pours a hazy golden body with a tall rocky off-white head. Aroma of oak, florals, pineapple, papaya, mango, orange, bread, and vanilla. Flavor of citrus, yeast, pineapple, peach, oak, herbs, and biscuit with a dry finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy yellow - white head. Citrus, peppery, apples, yeasty, oakey, wooden tartness, spicy, light hoppy, grape fruits, light bitterness, light sweetness. Nice.

75cl bottle, thanks MrChopin. Small white head atop hazy apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, some pineapple, some straw. Taste is moderately sweet, straw, some melon/strawberry. Medium body, light acidity.

Hazy orange - amber beer with a big fluffy white head. Light crispy palate. Delicious fresh orange and pink grapefruit which has a bitter follow through. Touch of aniseed. Whisper of creamy oak. A little creamy malt. Finishes semi dry with a carbonated sting. Comes across as more IPA than Tripel but who cares? Great beer! A little more oak and this would have been up in the stratosphere.
