750ml bottle thanks to BlackIPA for running his Whopper and Lambic contest back in January. Poured a syrupy gold body with little carbonation and a smaller white head. Aroma is rather sweet, lots of honey and some flower notes, old pear, some green apple, Belgian yeast. Body is fuller and syrupy that coats your mouth and softer carbonation. Flavor is similar to the aroma with notes of wood, yeast, honey, green apple, pear, earth. Not great but it isn’t "garbage" like the label proclaims.

Pours a medium yellow, slight haze, good white foam that dies down to sticky lacing .. . reminds me of an imperial saison, pepper, honey .. . light muddled mouth, a nice brew but not worthy of its rareness, still honored to have tried it with friends though.. .. Me fail English? That’s unpossible.
