Pours clear pale yellow with a thick white head. The nose is heavy hay straw and light pine with notes of banana and pineapple. The taste high to medium sweet and low to medium bitter. The texture is clean, body is heavy and finish is long.

Almost nothing in the aroma. Much creaminer than the first two. The smoothness of this is pleasant and it has the latest spice kick to the aftertaste of the 3 so far. Great stuff.

Draft @the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a white head. has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak grassy aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty weak funky flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty grassy finish.

Tap at The Bruery. Pours clear gold with a medium, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is pear and apple esters with straw and cereal malt, light hops. Flavor is malt forward with light hops and bitterness, moderate fruity esters and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft at the Bruery. Golden pour with a slight haze and a white head. Dry bready malt, light clove, banana, pear, peppery yeast, and a bit of grass. Finish is dry. Nice.

Slightly cloudy golden pour with a white. Strong apple note with hints of banana and yeast. Mild malt sweetness, slight lemon tartness, citrus peel, and a touch of pepper. The flavor is nice and dry. Light lemon zest tartness, a bit of apple, banana, and white pepper. Decent spice notes, some yeast, and a light malt sweetness.
