On tap at the bruery tap room. Pours out a crisp red with no head. Nose is nice big raspberry strawberries and some vinegar notes. Taste more of the nice rich jammy raspberries and a sour tartness that cuts the sweet.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear pink with a light, white foam head. Rich and tart and juicy raspberry in the aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor, impressively juicy, lightly dry and jammy, with slight pit bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Very clean on the finish, tart, with moderate sour raspberry bite and acidic tang. Very good stuff.

On tap at Watering Hole late last summer. Clear ruby red with no head.Big nose of raspberry, young strawberry with a slight hint of apple cider vinegar. Taste is more of the same with wild berry coming out even stronger than the aroma. Tart and bright on the palate with a nice sour dry finish. Hints of vinegar linger on the palate.

Keg at Beer Belly, LA. Clear crimson, no head to speak of. Huge raspberry aroma, delicious! Some citrusy acidity too. Dry, sharp, acidic raspberry front and centre, with lemon, cheese, touch of funk. Sharp carb, long acid finish. Nice, really good.

Big sour rasperry funk nose. Really quite tart, but not quite a cantillon levels. Sweet, then dry finish. Good example of the style.

Draft at ginger man with Chris and Connor. Pours a clear ruby red body with no head or lacing. Aroma is sweet candies - raspberries and cherries. Mouthfeel is thin and carbonated with notes of sweet raspberry candies the ones that are shaped like diamonds and stick to the roof of your mouth. A bit too effervescent, but nice.

Sam’s bottle share...growler. Small snifters. Pours a spectacular pinkish red with a very hint of head. Gorgeous color. Aroma is powerful tart raspberries. Frankly that was it...a raspberry bomb. The taste was the same with tart raspberries and what seemed like also strawberries. You can almost feel the seeds in your teeth. Finish is tart and fruity. Good carbonation.

Growler picked up today, 5.1%. Fun and tasty raspberry sour. Beautiful pinkish red in the glass. Aroma is powerful fresh raspberry over everything. Taste is fruity as you might expect with a tart, dry finish. Pretty darn good.
