COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
That is a new collaboration beer that we brewed with a brewery so new that they aren’t even open yet. Bluejacket Brewery, based out of Washington DC was founded by some friends of ours and we teamed up with them on this special version of a Belgian-style Quadruple to help them kick things off in our nation’s capitol.

Pour on tap at the brewery, dark reddish brown pour with thin off white head, aroma brought notes of dark fruits, red fruits, nice caramel, toffee, hints of spice, pretty standard. Taste is a nice mix of grass, spice into some sweet fruit, dark fruits, hints of caramel, toffee and molasses, finishing with some bitter grass, slightly sweet.

On tap at the Bruery in Placentia; a dark auburn/amber color. Aroma was sweet and fruity, with a bit of plum throughout. A solid quad that was easy to drink.

On tap at the Bruery; a very nice beer. Dark amber in color. Aroma was sweet and fruity, with some apricot, alcohol and fruit. Flavor was strong and showed good complexity.

Ok. It's got a good start, but I'm afraid the plum doesn't compliment the spice from the Belgian yeast.

Caramel color... Cherries and berries on the nose... Flavor is a kick in the pants, sour, oak, cherries, caramel malts.... Ridiculously good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Churchkey. Poured a cloudy amber with reddish hues, medium tan head that dissapated quickly, and notable lacing. Aroma includes banana, bubblegum, pear, and figs. Taste is fruit-forward leading with dark fruits followed by bready malt and slight booziness on the finish. Nice alcohol warming in the mouth with flavors lingering on the palate.
