COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
That is a new collaboration beer that we brewed with a brewery so new that they aren’t even open yet. BlueJacket Brewery, based out of Washington DC was founded by some friends of ours and we teamed up with them on this special version of a Belgian-style Quadruple to help them kick things off in our nation’s capitol.

On tap @ Churchkey. Poured a cloudy amber with reddish hues, medium tan head that dissapated quickly, and notable lacing. Aroma includes banana, bubblegum, pear, and figs. Taste is fruit-forward leading with dark fruits followed by bready malt and slight booziness on the finish. Nice alcohol warming in the mouth with flavors lingering on the palate.

Sample at Bruery Provisions. The beer pours a murky dark brown color with a medium beige head that diminishes slowly. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of malt, dark fruit and yeast. Full-bodied with a rich malty character and notes of figs, caramel and yeast. The finish is sweet with a fruity malt aftertaste. Decent all around.

Frothy tab head over a hazy brown beer. Nose is medium dark fruit, fruit forward beer that is nicely balanced with malt and just a little hops in the finish.

On tap at Churchkey. Sample served in a snifter. Pours a very murky muddy brown color with a short head and just a few spots of lacing. Nose has dark fruits and a bit of plum. Flavor is semi-sweet and a bit boozy. Brown sugar and fig. Medium body; a bit creamy. Plum heavy as it warms. A bit too one-dimensional and lacking the depth of a good quad.
