4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Lactic tart smell, can tell its sour mash, but very well executed. Appearance is hazy golden with 2 finger head. Taste is quite tart upfront with esters (banana, green apples, pineapple) and raspberry flavor in the middle. Clean sour finish. Thin mouthfeel, no EtOH heat, and high carbonation. Overall excellent beer for the style as well as easy drinking.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This one poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of dark berries, lemons, and some wood. Flavor was similar, big Berliner like, raspberries were not there much until we let it warm and it was a completely different beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at Matt’s with friends. Pour is hazy yellow with a small white head and decent lacing. Funky, bretty, pineapple, oaky, light wine, skunky, and grassy aroma. Taste is sour apples, pears, straw, doughy, lactic, vanilla, and chessy with a lightly sour finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Ok.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle @ Matt’s house from our Reserve Society membership. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Coconut, vanilla, light corn, a touch of stomach acid, lemon aroma that honestly smells a bit fucked up. Tangy vanilla, lemon, chewy bland malty, light corn, light white grape flavor. This batch is pretty messed up.

4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
One of the best sour beers I've had. The raspberries are delicious! Unicorn beer (collab with Bruery & Bottleworks)

Pours a golden orange color. Tart taste but not overpowering. One of my favorite sours to date.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Had new batch twice in two weeks
First bottle: delicious., raspberry and brett smell with a raspberry jam flavor. Great depth of fruit flavor which balanced out the acidic tartness. Good funk
Bottle two: light raspberry and more lemony citrus. Tasted much younger than first bottle. Light vinegar
Ill be aging the rest

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
2013 Bottle. Aroma of fruity, berry sweetness and a very acidic tone (which stings the nostrils thanks in part to the heavy carbonation). Pours a slightly hazy yellow squash color with a bubbly white head. Very tart taste of raspberries, extremely dry ginger ale, woody oak, and a touch of citrus. Light body with quite possibly the driest, most abrupt finish of any Berliner weisse or wit I’ve had. OK, but it is way different than I expected. Rating No. 300.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Imperial witbier, such a goofy style, this one is soured and barrel aged and it helps it a bit.
