On Tap. Nose of sour cherries. Sour throughout with tastes of sour cherry, lemon and very light malt. Great sour!

On tap at Stone’s Sourfest (by surprise). Pours with a hazy red body with minimal head. Aromas of watermelon, cherries, funk, perfume, florals, acetic, nailpolish and rose water. Flavors are highly acetic, vinegar, lots of acid, cherry, light fruit, funk. A bit of throat burn. Medium bubbles, finishes quite acidic.

(Draught) Pours a murky pinkish-red body with a spare off-white head. Aroma of cherries, mustiness, light funkiness, and biscuit. Flavor of cherries, citrus, bread, and lacto.

Special draft at Stone Sour Ale Fest 2011. Pours a murky pink.red, no head. Huge red cherry flavor, like pie filling, also very sour, tart sour cherries, lemon, sweetness, and some bread crust. Delicious.

A: The beer pours a hazy pinkish-orange color with almost no head.
S: Just an awesome sour cherry aroma. Intense fruit notes with a little bit of sweetness and cherry pie sort of character to it. Rather intense acidity to it and lots of tartness and lemon aroma.
T: The beer is rather tart and sour from start to finish. Big time sour cherries with a nice bit of lemon and lemon zest. Light oak flavor and a very clean sourness. The cherries are incredibly intense, more than almost any sour cherry beer I’ve had.
M: medium in body with a low to medium carbonation to it.
O: The carbonation is really the only thing I could complain about with this beer (other than it not being very "pretty"). Just an awesome beer.
