Poured a bubbly straw yellow with no real head. Nose is big on lemon, pepper, and a nice funkiness. Taste is very bright, lots of lemon, spices, a little earthiness and tart, and finishes with a really bright chardonnay flavor with some slight vinegar.

Cask. Pours hazy gold with a glowing orange blush, absolutely no head. Nose is softly sour - citric sourness, hints of white and golden fruit that are hard to pin down - peaches? Pears? Tropical fruit? And a bit of musty horseblanket funk on the back end. Teasingly subtle - enticing. Soft on the tongue, light citrus sourness, more tropical fruit washed of any sweetness, and the chardonnay comes out as well, especially towards the finish. The malt, I think, tries to peek through just a bit, still wrapped in the softly sour, lightly funky body, never quite breaking free. Still, light bodied, with unbelievable drinkability. In this case, the lack of carbonation does an amazing job of letting the flavors shine through. Amazing job.

Taster at the brewery...then a pint. Man, this stuff is great. And they do growler fills too! $8/pint is OK with me, but a little hard for me to plunk down 35 bones (25 for the fill + 10 for the glass) for a growler. Maybe next time. Yellow. Great sour Brett aroma and flavor. Lemon citrus flavor. Insanely easy to drink. excellente!

Flat apple juice appearance, no head whatsoever. Smells nice and sour and almost more lambic like than sour ale...like a nice, funky sour gueuze. Sour, almost lambic-like flavors...dry white wine notes, sour, clean...very very nice.

Draft at EBF. One of the standouts of the day. Pours a sour body with light white head. Funky, floral, sweet and tart, dry with very low acidity. Chardonnay and hint of wood. Nice tart pear flavors. This beer was pretty awesome.

Tap @ johny browns. Pours a hazy glowing golden orange with a thin off white ring. Nice tart nose of citrus, sour peaches, vinegar and chard grapes. flavor starts tart with big chard grape notes, also quite tart and citric. Finished with a light sweetness.

On tap thanks to the people at the Bruery. Awesome beer! Pours with a hazy golden body with a small, white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is sour and floral with honey, oak, and a nice Cantillon like funk. Taste is sour with citrus and wood, with a little funk. Dry with lively carbonation. Up there with RR Temptation (which I had earlier that day).

Draft EBF. Nice mellow sour character presented itself and wasn’t overly potent in any way. Fantastic lingering finish. The mellowness of this one really impessed me as it was well balanced. Had to go back for more pours of this one.
