Commercial description This recipe was the winner of a home brew competition held by Holiday Wine Cellar in Escondido. It’s an Imperial Porter with vanilla bean and bourbon soaked oak cubes – and it’s tasting great! This is one of my favorite styles and it wears addition of the vanilla and oak very well. The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
