Bottleshare at Mr Smithís pad. Hazy gold beer, a very short lived white head. Some egg on the nose. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light tangy citrus, orange and lemon. A bitter and wonky funk underneath. Light semi dry finish. Pretty lame all round.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light hazy straw hue with a thin white rocky top. Big cheesy sulphuric fart on the nose, but you can kinda get a little banana and guava fruitiness underneath it. Better taste than the aroma but itís just a bit bretty wheaty and a touch of acidic lemon rind. Dry and wheaty flavor with lots of funky Brett.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
From notes (10/7/15). Good and refreshing after a long and unexpectedly hot day. Itís dry, thin, sour, and effervescent, and itís a really solid if somewhat one-dimensional Berliner Weisse.
