Pizza Port Ocean Beach. Very pale straw-coloured pour with a thin white head. The nose is light and grassy with a distinct Saaz sort of noble hop character. Light lemon peel and a little bit of soft pine as well. Grassy Saaz finish. There is also a nice yeast contribution that gives the beer a touch of honey flavour to the malt. It’s light, well-attenuated and pretty quaffable. Very nice stuff actually.
