3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Deep golden color, frothy white head, nice carbonation. Sharp hoppy nose that is fairly herbal with oranges and peaches. The mouth is a bit heavy, full on hop assault, but sufficient enough backbone to balance everything out. Big bad bitter finish. Very aggressive. Hops just linger and linger. Fantastic and really well executed.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draft at Tap 25. It pours a golden yellow color with a thick white head. Nice aroma of lemon rind, pilsner malt and hard citrus candy. The flavor is big with lemon rind bitterness and lots of florals. A bit too intense with bitterness in the finish, but otherwise a top notch IPL.

Growler fill from old e courtesy of some bros. Appearence is hazy gold with medium white fluff head, nice lacing. Aromas of dank and pungent hops, lots of bitter rind and floral pineyness. On tap @ The Reservoir (Waterbury). Clear golden/orange wit a small white head and some lacing. Aroms if fruity with citrus, lot of hops, grassy notes and light floral presence. Taste is slight sweet with citrus, fruits and grass with a light bitter finish. Medium body. Good carbonation. Slightly sticky and dry finish. Very good beer. Main feature is the large amount of hops in the aroma. Drinkable and quenching.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at the ’09 Bistro IPA Festival in Hayward, CA. India Pale Lager, eh? This beer is a hazy straw color (not pale lager like) with a lasting white head. Aroma is malt/grain and some citrusy hops. Flavor is pale malt and grain with grapefruit and pineapple. Light-medium body. Pretty good overall, as I’ve come to expect from The Bruery.

Huge thanks to Sean for this impossible to get DONG... bright murky gold, light tan head, looks good for a growler... smells great, tons of tropical fruits, grapefruit and pineapple, the finish is a touch of alcohol pines... the taste is mostly hops, loses most of the sweetness, more herbal than anything, with some lemon and pine, really easy to drink

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Taking a break from Slutfest ratings to catch up on some Mekong backlog. Told people I had something hoppy from the Bruery, but no one believed me. Gold, nice head. Aroma is massive floral and hay hops. Flavor matches, clean, with enough honey accented grain to hold it all together. Very nice, really loved this one.
