UPDATED: FEB 3, 2014 On tap at Triangle Wine Co. Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, hoppy and a little citrus. Taste is citrus hops forward with an almost oak flavor in the end and lasting smooth bitterness. Body and texture are slightly above average. This is quite a nice surprise. I have never heard of the brewery but it’s something worth giving a shot. Recommended if you like IPAs or hoppy beers.

Tap at Logan’s. Golden with small head. Not at all what I expected. Fruity, peach and vanilla. Crisp lager bitter finish. Really tasty.

Aromas of pilsner malts, crisp lager yeast, hops, butterscotch, danknesss, vanilla, grass and tangerine. Pours bright gold with an assertive white foam and lacing. Taste brings crisp lager yeast, golden malts, oranges, tangerine, butterscotch, grass, earth, dank hops, hop oils, pleasant bitterness and apricot. Finishes refreshingly with masked booze and plenty of hops. Overall, a very fine offering.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Lovely aroma, with a good dose of dry grapefruit. Light to medium sweet flavor with a hint of urine, ripe and bright grapefruit, balanced pale bready sugars. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light dankness in the finish, some pee, grapefruit, pithy citrus. Very good stuff.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes. Tastes of floral, grapefruit and lemon lime citrus fruit and peel. Medium body with a dry finish. Great stuff, drinks almost like an IPA.

Keg at Torst. It pours clear deep amber with a thick white head. The nose is rich, sweet, puffed rice, toasty grain, cereal, honeysuckle and bread. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, bready malt, toasted grain, light spice, boozy boost, light floral, apple skin and hay with a dry, warming finish. Medium body and moderate. Decent boosty lagerbier.

Probada en Dive Bar, New York. Septiembre, 2015. Imperial pilsner con suave sabor a malta y cítricos con un final semiamargo q recuerda las IPA. Muy buena cerveza. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
