Flavor follows, light sweet and medium bitter, fruity, tropical, a bit dank. Pretty nice finish with lingering tropical bitterness. Medium body, oily mouthfeel

Hazy golden yellow with tan head. Tap. Clean citrus aroma. Slightly sweet juicy malt flavors. Crisp lager with clean hoppy citrus finish. Pleasure to drink from start to finish.

Had the three different versions on cask at the Bruery. Cascade Hops, Centennial, and Chinook. Chinook was the most bitter of the three. I think I liked the Centennial version the best as it had more citrus notes in the aroma as well as the taste. I will use my scoring here for the Centennial.

Draft at the Bistro’s IPA Fest. Hazy yellow gold with a huge pale yellow glass lacing head. Nose of ivy and piney hops. Flavor was lightly bitter with some caramel and grainy bread.

On tap at Hollingsheads Deli. Fantastic beer. Nice floral aroma and the flavor was fantastically refreshing. It was very unique to taste the hops so clearly. I don’t know which hops were used in this version but there was a similar hop flavor shared with the Pliny I had after this Humulus Lager. I would easily buy and drink this again.

Pizza Port Ocean Beach. Very pale straw-coloured pour with a thin white head. The nose is light and grassy with a distinct Saaz sort of noble hop character. Light lemon peel and a little bit of soft pine as well. Grassy Saaz finish. There is also a nice yeast contribution that gives the beer a touch of honey flavour to the malt. It’s light, well-attenuated and pretty quaffable. Very nice stuff actually.

Huge thanks to Sean for this impossible to get DONG... bright murky gold, light tan head, looks good for a growler... smells great, tons of tropical fruits, grapefruit and pineapple, the finish is a touch of alcohol pines... the taste is mostly hops, loses most of the sweetness, more herbal than anything, with some lemon and pine, really easy to drink
