750ml bottle thanks to drewbeerme. Poured a hazed pale yellow with a thin white head. Fruity nose with something weird with phenol alcohols. Dry earthy herbal funky flavors. The earthy and light malts - pear and apple are refreshing. Spritzy lively carbonation. Interesting flavors I could drink a lot of in the summer. 6/3/8/4/15 = 3.6

On tap at the Bruery. Similar to the regular orchard white, differentiated only by a slightly stronger taste and alcohol bite. Same yellow color with somewhat fizzy white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, and mild spices. Taste was really spicy with yeast and funk as well as lots of citrus. Lively palate. A great Belgian white overall, very top of its style in my opinion.

Bottle: Thanks goldtwins! Pours hazy light golden with fluffy white head. Lots of spicy bright coriander in the aroma with light lemon and lavender. Thick carbonation, yet crisp flavor. Wheat is present, touch of oat-like quality giving it body and heartiness, with a light lemon touch and a hint of coriander on the back. Nice stuff, for sure.

Bottle shared by Goldtwins. Huge, lovely head, unfilered. Lots of apple and pear in the aroma, with warm, sweet wildflower honey in there as well. White pepper and lemon flavors, some wheat and spritzy yeast. Easy drinking, quite lovely. Would love to drink a 750 of this on a nice summer day. Very complex.

Poured a hazy light yellow color with a decent white head. The aroma was nice and strong. The aroma was floral, perfumey, and herbal. A good amount of spice as well with coriander, licorice and some lilac (or maybe it is lavendar) flowers. It smells like my shaving cream, but that is a good thing. Great floral andspice flavor with a light citrusy finish.

Bottle shared by Goldtwins- thanks Larry! Nice hazy cloudy yellow boody with a fluffy white head and some light lacing. Nice spicy phenolic belgian wit yeast slight plastic pool toy, flowery and herbal. Lavendar and herbal dandelion-like flowery quality in the flavor earthy, medium wheaty sweetness , flowery and honey like, and a doughy wheat backbone. Finish thins out a bit and becomes dry and has a subtle tartness in the end. nice.

750 ml bottle shared by goldtwins. Pours a cloudy gold that becomes mostly clear after a few minutes in the glass with a linen white head. Beautiful aroma of lavender, peach, dried orange peel, and some mild spice. This was probably the most aromatically satisfying beer of the evening. The flavor reminded me very much of a German Riesling with just a bit of spice. All the while, that lovely aroma continues to fill the nose. Lively and bright on the palate. Very, very nice.
