Clear golden. Pear, peach fruitiness but not bad. Light body for the size of beer. Pineapple, peach...kind of sweet, fruity accent.

Bottle shared by b3shine. Poured clear yellow gold color with an average to fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty spicy and herbs aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy spice sweet flavor with a medium herbal sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Cloudy golden with tiny white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and orange notes. Sweet flavour with notes of yeast, fruits, wheat and malty notes. Malty and full bodied for a wheat.

750ml bottle acquired in trade with WeeHeavySD (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged to larger sized white head. Aromas of a bunch of different spices (coriander, ginger, and more), citrus, and wheat. Tastes of the same spices, citrus, wheat, and honey. Lively and fizzy body that left with a dry finish.

Bottle shared by goldtwins at a Bruery tasting. Pale golden, cloudy beer. Aroma is absolutely loaded with bright floral lavender, coriander, peach and soft wheaty spiciness. There is also a lot of character from the yeast in here... a very complex mix of phenolics and floral spiciness. Light sage and a zesty citrusy flavour. Soft lingering fruitiness as well. Rich wheaty texture with a nice spritzy texture. Very floral and complex... man, this is killer stuff.

On Tap. Pours with a small white head and a hazy yellow-gold body. Aroma of coriander candi sugar, clove and some pear. Taste is alcohol, yeast, corriander, clove and yet very nice to drink! Full mouthfeel with lively carbonation.

Bottle:   Dull straw, a little dark and hazy, thin spritzy white head, sparce lacing.   Apple skin, citrus peel, and strong fireweed honey on the nose.   On the tongue there is quite a bit of honey and cinnamon, well at least enough to be noticed.   Not too much in this resembles a Witbier, however it still is tasty and certainly unique.   Has a champagne yeast component as well.   Very spritzy on the tongue... *BURP*   Lingering honey infused with cinnamon.   This is a really unique brew.   Reminds me more of a spicy Saison than a Witbier.   Regardless, still quite tasty and *very* unique.   Thanks Tim for this unexpected surprise!

Growler from the brewery. Thanks, RiversideAK. Hazy medium gold with a thin white head. Candi sugar and a bit of green apple on the nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Lots of green apple on the mid-palate, creamy fruit juicy flavors. Mild finish. Its a bit too retrained to really stake out any particular flavor profile as its own unique territory, but its beautifully integrated and very drinkable. Interesting stuff.
