Pour from the bottle. Brown burgundy in color with slight transparency. Tart fruity aromas with maybe a touch of guava. Medium bodied and smooth on your mouth. Flavors were of cherry, apple, and plum but nothing too long lasting though. Not bad but was expecting a bit more. Prefer Marron to be honest.

Red pour. Nose is typical lactic Bruery nose, some sour cherries, guava. Taste is sour cherries, guava, actually do get some dates, a touch of bitterness to offset the sweet and sour.

Bottle @ The Bruery. Pours cloudy orangish brown with thin head. Aroma is big tart sourness with a hint of fruitiness. Taste is clean brown malt, big citrusy sourness, and oaky dry finish. Big notes of grapefruit and mango. A bit thin bodied, but very nice.

Bottle. Much like the Marron Acidifie but smoother and a bit more funky. Lots of juicy fruit flavors.

Pours a murky orange with lots of guava sediment in the brew. Aroma is lots apple, cherry, acidy. You get alot more guava in the taste. Sour apples. Palate is good with medium mouthfeel. Acidy. Overall a pretty good brew.

750 ml bottle generously shared by colonelforbin. Thanks Mike. Pours a dark brown with a small white head that disappears fairly quickly and leaves some light lacing on the glass. The aroma is caramel malt, some light brett, a bit of vinegar, some oak, and a light bourbon note. The taste has a light initial sweetness with a decent tartness. There is caramel, some raisin, a bit of vinegar, and some oak. A hint of alcohol with a decent tartness on the finish. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Not bad, but not all that much different from Marron Acidifie. 7.4.7.4.15

Good beer. It was a nice sour with fruit notes coming through. It is a very well balanced beer. The sourness was countered very well by the fruit and carbonation

750ml bottle. Pours an amber color with smallish tan head, which soon gives way to a ring. Aroma is dark fruit up front, with honey and vinegar. Also some funk going on. Taste is slightly tart, but smooth with dark fruit (raisins), and candy sugar. Finish is bitter, tart and refreshing.

Pours a hazy caramel/red color with an off-white head. Aroma is vinegar/funk, fruity and very belgian like. Taste is sweet with sour fruit. Medium bodied with an oily texture. Finish is dry with wood notes.
