COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special collaboration between The Bruery and Cigar City Brewing, fruits grown in our home states were added to Marron Acidifie, enhancing the coastal flavors.

Pours amber brown with a small white head. Nose is vinegar, grapes, apples, lemons, brown sugar and spice. Taste is sweet mostly with some bitterness hints and some very earthy tartness on the end. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, light body and a long finish.

Ungstrup (29081) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2013
Bottled. A hazy dark brown beer with a a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, and wood, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle from Reserve Society membership. Hazy dark brown pour, very little carbonation and a light lemon/apricot aroma. Flavor malt, dark creamy fruit and finished mildly tart. Interesting and unique, worth getting a bottle if you can.

Bottle... Cloudy light brown ale with no head. The aroma is fruity and malty; chock-full-of caramel and sour cherries. Full-bodied with a buttery mouthfeel and tickling carbonation. The flavor is funky, yeasty and sour and loaded with caramel and dark cherries. Finishes tangy and fairly dry. Bottle courtesy of 50belair!

Bottle. Pleased to see this. Pours a murky reddish brown color. Light ring of head. Aroma is tart, sour, funky and maybe light cherries. Flavor is acidic, tart, sour, some sour cherries. Whoa!

Bottle. Pours opaque orange/brown with minimal head. Aroma is aged vinegar, leather, oak, caramel, dark fruit, toffee, fatty and funky fruit. Taste is medium sweet and sour. Body is medium, texture is light oily, carbonation is soft. Finishes light astringent, funky and sour.

Hazy reddish/brown with a two-finger-wide off-white head. Fruit comes through the most on the nose with hints of cherries, ripe dates, oak chips, and vinegar. Flavor is a bit acidic with vinegar present throughout. Apple juice, plums, cherries, leather, funk.
