Bottle. Cheers to Paulo (I think) for supplying this. Deep red pour with a tiny off-white head. The nose is somewhat harsh. Musty red grape skin, mild balsamic vinegar. Sweet ribbon candy. A bit rough ní ready. The taste is delicate orchard fruit. Apricots. Acetic funk. Grape skin. A touch of rough acid. Soft carbonation, light body considering the ABV. Overall, fairly solid.

Red pour. Nose is typical lactic Bruery nose, some sour cherries, guava. Taste is sour cherries, guava, actually do get some dates, a touch of bitterness to offset the sweet and sour.

Bottle. Sampled a couple times at the Anniversary party. Poured a cloudy, chunky, murky, copper color with a slight tan head. Not the most appealing looking in a beer. At first I thought I just got the bottom of the bottle but I had it again and got the same type of pour. The aroma is caramel sweetness, slight nuttiness, vanilla, cherry, and lemon. Aroma also has sour notes. The taste is decent with some slight brett florals, lemon, cherry, nut, oak, vanilla, and ends slightly dry. Light mouthfeel. Overall, I wanted more out of this and having had this with The Wandered, Bottlewerks 12, and several other stellar beers, this one didnít stand out to me.

Big thanks to Sean for this... A semi clear light brown, light tope head... The nose is acidic vinegar, a hint of cherries, pretty complex... The taste is boring, vinegar, tart cherries, very oaky finish... Not bad

Bottle: The aroma consists of leather, mild cherry, and a touch of caramel. It pours a hazy brownish-orange with a small beige head. The flavor starts with sour cherries and a touch of caramel. The finish has a touch of lemon and faint acetone. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle (750 ml)! Thanks to jp7161! Hazy light brown with a small off-white head and some lacing. Aroma of red fruits (raspberries?), red wine and acidic sourness. Taste is acidic with malt, red fruits, red wine, wood, dates, spices and peppery notes. Mouthfeel is dry. Alcohol is present. Pleasant sour and fun to drink because itís quite complex.

75cl, new exclusive American collab. brew Anno 2011, with guava and dates, thx to Secret Santa!, complex sour brew, sour/vinous and slightly woody/fruity, not too heavy, balanced, cloudy, nearly no head, good brew, yet very expensive!

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell during Paulís Birthday Celebration - London. Thanks to the birthday boy for this one. Pours murky amber with a light, off-white foam head. Nose holds lots of ripe, sweet and leathery fruits, wet wood, balsamic vinegar. Light sweet flavor, quite acetic and sour, more wet wood, mild bitter earth, semi-dry berries. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Biting sour finish, leathery fruits and berries, acetic burn, light warmth. Good.
