4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Draft at the bruery tasting room with Linh. Pours a bright electric yellow OJ body with thick haze and head which vanishes quickly. Aroma is nice strong acidic funk, fresh juicy peach and nice tart. Mouthfeel is puckering but very balanced between the sweetness of the peach, the vanilla character and the acidity of the tart. Awesome sour, maybe the best beer Iíve had from the brewery.

Firkin at The Bruery. Pours a cloudy orange with white head. Aroma of peach, vanilla and lactic acid. Quite sour with loads of peach and some vanilla. Sweetness of peaches well balanced with sourness.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: MAY 7, 2012 Pours an incredibly turbid orange color with no head. Intense sourness on the nose. Lots of lactic acidity to the beer which the vanilla and lactose do little to mitigate. An awesome peach aroma which is where most of the sweetness comes from. A really great peach flavor to it, too, which seems to be enhanced by the vanilla and sugar. Really assertive acidity to this; this is very sour!
