750 ml bottle from the broker, bottle probably held for too long but still a great beer. Head is creamy and lasting. Big palate; oak and malt shine likely b/c hops have died down a bit.

Slightly hazy red - brown beer with big fluffy pale tan head. Nose of citrus sherbet and vanilla oak, nice! The head is lovely mix of sherbet and dry wood. The beer is soft and dry with more lemon citrus sherbet and cream. Dry finish with the citrus turning slightly bitter. Unusual, tasty - outstanding!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle share (thanks Donnie!) Pours amber color, a little cloudy. Aroma is very oak-y, with a strong alcohol smell. The taste is fairly hoppy and the oak comes through quite a bit in the taste. Good level of carbonation, smooth dry finish. Not bad, although not quite as mellow as I would have thought. Solid beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The aroma is really sweet with a hint of wood. Almost peachy. The appearance is murky and carbonated. The taste starts off sweet then rolls into the wooden flavor that finishes sour. The palate is different. Overall, an interesting beer, that I would buy fo sho.
