Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a weird flat dotty head. Very tart and woody aroma, seriously funky. Medium body, fruity, some brown sugar, vanilla lacto and Brett again with loads of funk. Wauw, extremely tart - and sophisticated. 120511

Bottled, at tasting at _angst_. Hazy mahogany colour, small head. Distinct acidic lingonberry aroma. Medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Some caramel, lots of tart lingonberry with vinegar and white pepper. Tasty with lots of big flavours, but not with that magical depth to lift it to the top tier.

My bottle at Scopeys East Croydon tasting - Cheers Paul! Cloudy brown beer, small pale tan head. Light palate that is semi crisp and semi dry. Fairly sour with mildly vinegary tropical fruits. Semi dry finish with more sour and a little acid afterburn. About as sour as a I would want a beer.

Bottle, 75cl. There’s a few small floaties in this one, an unclear, chestnut colored body and a small, beige head. The aroma has a faint touch of vinegar, with dried fruits, berries, some woody hints, roasted notes and some alcohol. It’s tart and quite full bodied on the palate, with a pleasant level of carbonation. There’s dried fruits, berries, sourness, some vinegar, a touch of alcohol and a faint woody touch. Balanced and drinkable, but maybe a bit low on complexity. Nice anyway. 111105
