Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a weird flat dotty head. Very tart and woody aroma, seriously funky. Medium body, fruity, some brown sugar, vanilla lacto and Brett again with loads of funk. Wauw, extremely tart - and sophisticated. 120511

Bottled, at tasting at _angst_. Hazy mahogany colour, small head. Distinct acidic lingonberry aroma. Medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Some caramel, lots of tart lingonberry with vinegar and white pepper. Tasty with lots of big flavours, but not with that magical depth to lift it to the top tier.

My bottle at Scopeys East Croydon tasting - Cheers Paul! Cloudy brown beer, small pale tan head. Light palate that is semi crisp and semi dry. Fairly sour with mildly vinegary tropical fruits. Semi dry finish with more sour and a little acid afterburn. About as sour as a I would want a beer.

Bottle at the East Croydon Beer Tasting. K-Dog! Pours a cloudy brown with a medium, beige head. Pretty sour nose, some vinegar, brown sugar, hints of leather and fruit. Flavor is nice, sour without reaching that ’intense’ level. Slightly leathery, sour slight berries, hints of brown sugar. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mild warm finish with a bit of sour sting in the throat, some dry leather, a little cherry. Quite drinkable and refreshing but still complex and damn good.
