On tap at mekong on 03/09/2011. Mostly clear golden body with a small off white head. Sweet spice fruit and slightly astringent aroma. Sweet spice and dry bitter flavor with some fruit. Medium light body moderately high carbonation.

Backlog from sour fest. Served on cask. Pours murky brown with no head. Nose is tart and funky. Taste is sweet and tart and messed up, something seems wrong.

Sourfest 2010. I get the feeling I would like this more if it werenít surrounded by some of the best sours in the world. Hazy dark orange pour. Nose is fruity tart and light sour. Taste is same. Oak, bit of funkiness, bit of wineness. Just not outstanding anywhere, but by no means offensive.

Sample at stone sour fest 2010. Orangish brown pour. Fruit, apple, grape, light barnyard, sourness, and bready malt. Decent sour.

On cask at Stone Sour Fest. Golden orange color with next to no head. Medium bodied beer Moderate tartness with some sweet grape and acidity. Funky earthy quality and good complexity of flavors to challenge your taste buds and your brain. Pretty enjoyable beer overall I would venture to say and was glad to try it.

Tasted on tap at the 4th Annual Stone Sour Fest on 7/18/2010. This sour ale pours a medium brown color from the cask. Small to no head. The aroma is malty, fruity, sweet and tart. A medium bodied sour. The malts are fruity and sweet, tart and funky. A touch of wood, and some grape flavors. Nice balance. Funky and musty. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is tart.

On Cask at Stoneís Sourfest. I love the Bruery, and I love Cuvee Jeune, and I loved last yearís White Zin. This didnít work out as well. Pours with a hazed yellow body and no head. Aroma is faint fruit, grapes, wine and lightly sour. Taste is acidic, waxy, tart with some wine. Essentially flat mouthfeel which also dulls the sourness.

Cask @ Stone sour fest. I with this was on tap instead of cask, really didnít do this beer justice. Pours a hazy gold color with a zero head and very light carbonation. Some muted sour citrus and faint vinous notes.

Nose was a little weak, light brown sugar and not much else, taste was good, subdued sourness, good bite, served on cask, so it lacked the carbonation to carry the flavors.
