S&B 2012. Pours hazy golden with a small off white head leaving some lace. Aroma is sweetish buck weed sour soapy cellar. Flavor is funky sweet and malty in front, bitterness and fruits adding in the middle. Finishes tart dry and a bit fruity.

Bottle sample at Sour&Bitter. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Fruity-spicy aroma. Starts mild-fruity, modest sweet, notes of peaches. Aroma reminds me more and more of chewing gum. Finish milder, more dry. More sour than the beginning. Strange beer. Not my favourite.

[5/10/12] Bottle sample at Sour & Bitter. Clear golden. Weird aroma of vegetables, some yeast and a bit of plastic. Sweetish grainy flavor with malt, honey, faint sourness and a dry, somewhat bitter finish. Light-medium-bodied.

Sour & Bitter 2012, Copenhagen. Hazy dirtryyellow beer with a lacy offwhite head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Mild hoppy flavour.

Insane aroma, is it infected? Sweet&sour, butterscotch.. very interesting. Apperance is light golden with little to no foam but still leaving a bit of lacing. Taste is a combination of sweet and sour. Weird beer.

Bottle at Sour & Bitter 2012. Clear yellow - white head, Wheaty, bretty, light light barnyard notes, citrus, honey flowery notes, camomile, light malty, light bitterness, ok hoppy.

Sour & Bitter Festival CPH 2012. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Grainy malt aroma with some herbal hoppy notes, and fruity pineapple esters. Sweetish funky and fruity flavour with hoppy character and a touch of vegetables

Sample @ the Sour & Bitter event in Copenhagen. Pours hazy pale golden with a creamy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace. Smell is sweet and rather funky with wheat crackers, ripe plums, ripe grapes, overripe citrus fruits, lemon zest, dusty barnyard and hints of fruit candy.Taste is sweet and malty with bread, biscuits, plums, ripe grapes, dusty barnyard and brett. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky sweet, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is sweet, bitter and tiny sour with lemon zest, biscuits, white pepper and brett.

Flaske: Havde set meget frem til denne øl, der desværre var aftenens skuffelse. Frugtet duft men ikke fra brett, snarere fra den normale gær. Humlen som virkelig er lækker i den originale øl mangler her. Smagen er ligesom duften en smule kedelig.

(bottle) Pours cloudy golden. The aroma holds syrup, honey nectar, light funk, fruits and a touch of hops. The flavour flavor is medium sweet, tiny tar and tiny bitter with notes of fruits, citrus and light funk. The mouthfeel is soft and light tart with a light carbonation. Near medium bodied.
