3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle shared with the group. Pours a slightly hazy bright golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma has a good amount of Brett, wood, some sweet / sour citrus, yeast with some additional fruit character. The flavor is more of the same with a dry mouth feel and medium body.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from big bottle into Chimay chalice.
Clear gold with large head and lace.
Aroma of fresh bread, slight citrus zest, sweet malts, nuts.
Significant carbonation and mouthfeel.
Flavors of light malts, funky fruit rind and bitter roots on the base of a tasty belgian golden ale or tripel. The balance is there between a wonderful Belgian and some barnyard funkiness, adding challenge and intrigue! Overall tasty and different.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Poured a cloudy copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sour bitter flavor with a medium to heavy sour finish of moderate duration. This is a solid beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle, thanks to alexsdad06 for sharing. Hazy, vibrant golden color. Nice, kind of foamy off-white head. Loose row of lace. Nice, light citrusy-bretty aroma. Good light citrus hops. Medium body. Good, smooth, soft lighter carbonation. Light hint of spice. Nice, kind of zesty, moderate sweet taste, good citrus-peel. Nice belgian golden ale. Brett is not over the top, provides a nice balance.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle to snifter (shared by alexsdad06). Looks good; a cloudy orange with ample off-white head that steadily dissipates. Into lacing. Smells solid; yeasty, bretty, and lightly hoppy. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is basically a tripel with a tad bit sour but not much. The beeer is super super heady. A decent beer but not incredible, I t has a slightly above average tingle to thie finish. The brett is subdued enought but the wildness in this beer is of the fruity variety and it leaves a bit of orange in the aftertaste. not quite what I was hoping for.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
A golden color with a white head. Aroma contains some citrus, yeast, bready notes. Flavor is bit sour with some spices going on. Bready notes too. This is a nice beer more in the saison realm.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Nose is sour apples, sweet bread and cinnamon amongst other spices. Taste is mostly sweet and a little bitter. I expected more tartness considering this was a bottle from the first bottling however I was let down. None the less, the taste is still not bad and gets better as it the beer warms. Motuhfeel is light and crisp, clean. Light body with a long finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a light golden color with a huge bone white head that persists forever and leaves much stickage on the way down. Smells of bready pilsner malt with a fair amount of tart and sweet pomme fruit. Sweet honey like malt aroma are countered quite lovingly with light tart and funk. The flavor is sweet and malty up front with a fair amount of tart and sweet fruit offset by a solid hit of spice and peeper along with a hint of funk. Medium body with a spirited level of carbonation and a sweet tart bubbly fruited mouthfeel. This one is interesting, but it wasn’t my favorite offering from the Bruery.
