Aroma is your standard belgian yeast funk albeit a bit subtle, almost dilute. Nice murky pour with a frothy white head. Refreshing dry taste. Hop bitterness married well with yeast bitterness. Nice spicy finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle, from Dutchís. I suspect that this has 2 or more years of age on it. No legible date on the bottle. Clear golden orange color. Hazy with second pour. Active-looking bubbles of carbonation. Bigger off-white head, audibly fizzing to a thin layer, then a ring. Pretty big sour taste up front -- moderate to bigger sour, which I donít think is intentional, but itís actually tasting pretty good. Light to moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter. Nice lemony, kind of spicy aroma, bready malt. Peppery. Kind of oaky. Some apricot. Bit of vegetal. Biscuity. Surprisingly alright overall.. Mild bite to it, but itís nice to sip on. Bigger body. Kind of soft, effervescent lighter carbonation. Mild slick finish. Mild roughness, with too big sips, and mild bite. Starts to drag a bit as I continue on, but overall, pretty interesting and not awful.

very good citrus aroma. If it's categorized as golden ale, I like more strong taste & strong alcohol.

5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Wonderous Belgian spicy yeast aroma. It all comes out so well with champgne like lively co2. Flavor is lemon powder and spicy mild coriander. This will creep up on you as the finish invites more consumption.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Smell of orange, sourness, spiced yeast and citrus.
Taste is sour orange, banana peels, hop, cloves and herbs. Crisp and fresh. High carbonation.
Short but fruity bitterness.
Very closed to a Belgian tripel. Iíd even say itís an American tripel.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Strong spicy yeasty aroma at first with citrusy orangey lemony hops,
Pours a cloudy light golden color with lasting big frothy white head
Strong hoppy citrusy flavor with lots of spicy yeast character
Medium full bodied, a bit sticky, medium high CO2. Lingering citrusy peel finish
An enjoyable beer. Not as refreshing as I would prefer for a citrusy type beer. A bit heavy on the palate and stomach. Glad I tried it but wouldn't buy again.

Nice example of the style. The beer that got me hooked on the Bruery. A bit sweet for a Golden Ale, but it works.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Banana nutty Belgian yeast aroma and flavors. Light beer overall but some good Belgian flavors. A little lemon citrusy To it as well. Almost a dry wine like feel to it, like a bit of white grape juice?? Good for sure but not as good as other bruery beers.

bottle. pours golden with a couple inch of thick, white, pillowy foam. lots of belgian style yeast on the nose. very soft mouthfeel. fairly fruity with some peppery hop notes on the finish. solid enough for the style but didnít knock my socks off.
