3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Golden body that became very cloudy after the second pour with a pillowy white cap floating on top. Aroma is nice, that’s all just nice and average. All the normal Belgian qualities, yeast, hints of banana, almost lemon, mild hoppiness. This seems like a less good version of a Unibrou.............. cheep knock off if you would but three times the price. Almost a bourbon barrel aged flavour but not. Spaghetti Tuesday every Wednesday....... he’s gone mad with power I tell you!! Brew is starting to grow on me the more I drink. Vanilla is really shining through in this but from where. Wood, malt, more stuff. Not a single complaint but why spend $20 on this when Maudite is only $7.50.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Another one of Ogi’s gems from the stash, enormous thanks! Opened with a huge bang, but didn’t gush (yay!). Enormous thick white lasting head on top of a misty golden body. Sourish malty yeasty aroma, honeyish, and in the end actually nice despite not slightly unflattering adjectives. Slightly prickly mouthfeel, peachy, citric notes, orange, sweetish, extremely well hidden alcohol. No bitterness. Basically flawless, just a tad dull, but nothing against it.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: cloudy golden pour with thin white head of big bubbles. Aroma is honey, caramel, and cooked tart apples and peaches. Flavor is super dry with tart/bitter apple cider, cooked stone fruit, dried grass, bisquit, and a bit of dusty yeast funk. The aroma does not quite pair up with the flavor seems like it should have some sweet and more sour going on. Initial I did not like this one but it kind of grew on me and as it warms the flavor gets better.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a somewhat golden orange slightly yellow yet there’s a tinge of brown trying to darken the body, two finger white foamy head that dies at a good pace; the aroma has a ton of Granny Smith apples up front, with a grasy sort of lemony/bready/spicy sort of coriander-ish sort of thing goin’ on that’s kinda nice; the taste is somewhat tart, yet bitter yet slightly sweet, this is actually, lightly hopped to balance it out, there’s a wine-like aftertaste and finish, its pretty easy on the palate, slightly sessionable - carbonation seems to be somewhat smooth yet not too much, overall this is a good BSPA that I might have again
