Bottle, 750ml. Sparkling golden with a frothy offwhite head. Funky aromas of citrus zest, Belgian yeast. Medium to full bodied with moderate to fizzy carbonation. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Deep fruity character into a fizzy but stinging finish. Very pleasant.

Crisp and refreshing and hoppier taste than you would think with the initial malty aromas. A bottle usually occupies a spot in the fridge. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle @ Jungle Jims / Cincinnati OH --- Aroma of wheat and malt. Cloudy dirty light amber color, big fluffy white head, bands of lace. Taste is malt with wheat and yeast bread. Slight bittering and a little alcohol warmth finish things. A little heavy in the belly, otherwise a solid brew.

Shared 750 ml bottle. Pours deep gold and hazy with a white head and moderate lacing. Aroma of honey, yeast, breads, and spice. Taste is honey, Belgian yeast, bread, and spice with very strong floral elements. Maybe a tiny hint of bubblegum and citrus. Finish is dry and a bit hoppy. Good.

Aroma: sour and dry; Appearance: hazy golden straw with thin, white head that hangs around; Taste: interesting combination of some sourness and yeastiness with a finish closer to a lager; works well together; there’s even some smoky notes; Palate: medium body with long, sweet/smoky/bitter finish; Overall: very complex and quite good. Would buy again.

Yeasty. Sourish fruit. Pours a super cloudy orange yellow with a quickly fading foamy white head that leaves just a trace on the glass. Medium bodied. Smooth. Crisp. Clean finish. A hint of sourness. A hint of earthiness.

Pours golden with a large white head. Smells fruity, bready, slightly earthy. Taste is juicy citrus, subtle earthy tones, and soft crispness. Medium-bodied with a smooth, wet texture and active mouth-carbonation, The Bruery Mischief finishes with a subtle fruity sweetness.
