Pours a hazy yellow with a small head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is fruity, spicy with a strange and perfumey "cream soap"-like character. Taste is sweet and fruity/spicy. Hops bring some nice flavors and a light bitterness. Carbonation is high, body medium. Nice beer but pretty forgettable.

750 mL bottle. Thanks Jack! The pour is a cloudy yellow-gold with enormous amounts of bright white head that linger for days. When then finally secede, the result is a film and a great spotty lace all down the glass. The aroma is pretty citrusy, which is nice. It’s got a good breadiness to it, naturally as a Belgian, and I like the fruit that goes along with it. The flavor is very similar. It’s a little sweet, but then it fades through a nice hoppy bitterness that it a little tough to find sometimes. The aftertaste lingers in a good dry finish, and the mouth feel is a little watery, but it coats pretty well.

Bottle (750 ml). From kbudd19, thanks! Slightly hazy golden with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is of yeast, belgiumness, light fruits, floral/herbal notes and light sweetness. Taste is slightly sweet and moderately yeasty with candi sugar, spiciness, herbal/floral notes, fainted hops and light soap (?). Medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry finish. I’m not sure about that one... the mix was odd and the beers wasn’t really drinkable nor tasty.

Strong yeasty aroma, with a subtle citrusy undertone. Crisp, juicy flavour, with a high bitterness that is balanced well with the full syrupy body.

Bomber. Fresh light citrus nose, with some yeastiness, and light stinky hop. Hazy golden straw color, and a creamy two-finger white head. Solid but light malty initial / touches of grapefruit and orange peel / grape skins / finish is light and so smooth. Thin-medium body, slightly astringent. Wow! Great tangy citrus notes throughout. Love it!

On tap at The Bruery’s tasting room poured into taster. Hazy yellow with white head that settles to a cap that remains for the duration. Aroma is grapefruit, bread, spices, some pine. Taste is early light grainy sweetness shifting to moderate hop bitterness that mixes with the peppery spice and lingers. Light to medium bodied, thin texture, active carbonation, dry bitter finish.
