3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
3oz tasting at Davis Beer Shoppe. This is likely top-3 Belgian, hoppy beers I’ve had. Great palate and excellent use of the hops does not mask the Belgian yeast. Very well made!

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Another mediocre offering by bruery. Pours a pretentious yellow gold with foamy head that is very full of itself. Aroma is lemony, doughy and quite pompous. Taste is medium sweetness and a conceited amount of hoppy character.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml, light saisony characteristics, lemony, Belgian, some hoppy. Very nice, great example of bruery. I’m not as much of a fan of this as reynolds314, but he’s a huge fan of bruery.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
750ml bottle. Quite the gusher - the bottle cap almost exploded off and then the white foam just kept on poring out - so be careful. Once things settled down in the glass I was left with a slightly hazy light amber pour with a nice fluffy white head that slowly settled to a white with some tan elemented thin layer - great lacing down the glass as well. Booze is hidden behind belgian yeast, citrus hops, grass and lemon zest. Somewhat sweet, medium body, prickly/hot from booze, becomes quite astringent and bitter towards the end, also very dry and you get pepper and coriander. Wouldn’t mind trying this with a little bit of time on it to see if everything gets a little more balanced.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at The Pony Bar. My guess was that this was a rye pale ale or a rye saison. I thought I had 2 rye saisons in a row, but it appears now that neither was really a rye saison. Astringent and mostly dry, with some piney hops in the aroma. Good.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Dexters. Filtered golden-orange. Big fluffy white head. Sweet herbal beer, somewhere between a Tripel and a Golden Ale. Zesty chamomile, coriander taste. Refined effervescent mouthfeel, typical of Bruery products. Quite drinkable and enjoyable, but rather one dimensional.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Slightly hazy golden, monstrously fluffy white head that sticks around for the duration. Aroma is yeasty, fresh dough, lemon rind, spicy, grassy, slightly funky. Light bodied with above average carbonation. The flavor is fresh spicy yeast, citrus, banana, with a slightly bitter and alcoholic finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Haymarket. Pours hazy light golden with white head. Aromas of banana, lemon, piney and grassy hops, and some light malts. Flavors spicy yeast, bananas, grassy hops, and some lemon. Nice refreshing beer that hides alcohol well. Pretty solid and surprising.
