4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
sweet orange mangoey pineapple belgian yeast aroma with some slight spice notes in there as well, definately the best smelling belgian ale I have had in a long timeslight citrusy hop notes as well sits at a slightly hazy yellow first taste is slightly farmhouse like with some notes of sourness and finishes with a slight hop bitterness that is refreshing and adds an amazing touch to the complexity of this beer im getting a slight cheese like taste as well in there with some slight orange/spice notes in there as well a light soap like taste that I associate with saisons, that is not at all comparable to the taste you get from something like a keystone light, yet adds a little touch to the taste, sits with a small white head, honestly this is a highly complex beer that should be cherished after proper understanding of the different styles of belgian beer killer beer a heavier saison with some more hop notes then saisons as well, truely a treat to have

my first Bruery rating! last bottle of this at my local shop so I grabbed her. 750 Ml bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a fluffy pure white head 4 fingers strong. That lasts all the way through. Lots o carbonation as well. The smell starts a bit piney with some Belgium yeast in there. As the drink went down I sensed some fruit like fresh cut pineapple. A little booze and spice note on top when first sniffed however. Taste is a dry slight bitter but ends in some lime and pine with grass. A good first experience with Bruery
