Lightly opalescent golden (EBC 6) with a pillowy white head and good lacings. Aromas or sugared biscuit, some straw and barnyard with a noticeable floral notes combined with a nice yeast touch of green banana, faint clove, camomille and flower-akacia honey. Light effervescent, soft with an elegant and slender body even at this abv. Briskly sweet, crisp with a flowery hop touch offering a pronounced yet very pleasant hop bitterness bite. Clean medium lasting enjoyable finish.

Pours a cloudy darker yellow golden color with fizzy white head. Citrus, light fruits, doughy bready, and cereal on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied, the yeast gives it a wine cooler like mouthfeel. Finishes with more fruit, and a little white wine-like note.
