750ml bottle -
Now this is one great friggin’ beer. I was hestitant to get this beer because my last few experiences with The Bruery have been....a let down. This was fantastic and whoever the brewer was and was taking notes on making a great BSA, they did a bang-up job. Aroma was bright, clean, lemony, floral with note of alcohol. Flavor was lime-lemony almost like a 7-Up, but bitter, Granny-Smith apple twang, perfumy....great. Loved every drop of this suds.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a big quickly diminishing white head that leaves ok lacing. Aroma is of yeast, clove, weak citrus and hops. Flavors of apple, yeast, sour cherries, light body, thin texture, lightly sour and bitter, fizzy carbonation and a light bitter and sour finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Thanks Hackobock: Served in a Chouffe glass:
Medium to bigger sized white head.
Hazy orange colored beer.
Aroma of honey, fruit, orange, light citrus, some cactus, some sweet spices, some malts and caramel, floral and flowers.
Flavour reminds me a bit of the specially hopped Duvel. Bit creamy with hops, yeast and hop & yeast fruits, some bitters, hint of alcohol, some herbs, yeast, some malts, hay and floral tones.
Aftertaste is fruity, bitter, some herbs, hops and yeast.
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied.
Decent but bit sharp and an alcoholic from time to time.

Bottle from Whole Foods Market in Redwood City, CA. Pours a somewhat hazy, light amber. Aroma is hops straight away followed by yeast and fruit breads. Taste is candied lemon peel, spicy yeasts, peppery white wine with a slightly warming / bitter / spicy finish. Lovely stuff.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from bottle in a pint glass. Pours hazy straw with a huge foamy head. Aroma is pine and belgian funk with a bit or citrus. Taste is a strong bready yeast, a bit of pine, some hop bite, and then booze. Really odd beer but awesome except for the alcohol taste on the finish. Medoim body, uncontrollable carbonation.
