750ml bottle -
Now this is one great friggin’ beer. I was hestitant to get this beer because my last few experiences with The Bruery have been....a let down. This was fantastic and whoever the brewer was and was taking notes on making a great BSA, they did a bang-up job. Aroma was bright, clean, lemony, floral with note of alcohol. Flavor was lime-lemony almost like a 7-Up, but bitter, Granny-Smith apple twang, perfumy....great. Loved every drop of this suds.

Crompt gave this to a very nice looking lady for her birthday plus a lot more good brews. I had to drink some of hers.

Thanks to the missus. Sometimes the whole hops + belgian doesn’t work out but this one really did. The sweet creaminess was balanced well but an appropriate amount of hops. Nice. Serving: Bottle

Color anaranjado y tupido con densa espuma blanca. Aromas frescos y afrutados, manzana, cítricos, toques herbales y cilantro. En boca tiene un ligero dulzor de azúcar moreno al inicio al que se une una acidez afrutada ligera que acaba en un amargor seco y achampanado muy agradable. Muy rica.

Saison like. Sweet yet dry. A bit of hoppiness but not too much. Quite carbonated. Good.

on guest tap at the Hourglass Brewery. Hazy dark yellow in color with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma. Medium bodied with a slightly sticky texture and soft carbonation. Lightly sweet and a bit acidic and tart. Slightly bitter in the finish. This was different and good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Yellow to pale good, cloudy, with thick white foam cap. Aroma is floral and grassy hop with a hint of brett. Taste is sweet Bready malt with grasslike hop character and soft bit of pepper and brett. Mouthfeel is light and highly carbonated. Finishes with a slight alcohol warmth and mix of hop bitterness and brett, more on te Brett side. Overall I get more of a saison/farmhouse than a strong golden.

Bottle. Golden pour, aroma of yeast, hops, and some fruity funk. Taste, light hops, yeast, and some slight tart fruit funk, that finishes dry and slightly bitter. Really nice beer, very drinkable.
