Bottle. Pours a very hazy pale yellow color with a thick eggwhite foam head that quickly dissipates. Malts are slightly sweet and mild, just a hint of sugar and ripe fruits. Quickly dries itself out on the back end, finishing with crisp carbonation and a slight booze kick on the back of the throat that reminds me of champagne. Dry and crisp, a nice drinking beer.

Bottle from Whole Foods Market in Redwood City, CA. Pours a somewhat hazy, light amber. Aroma is hops straight away followed by yeast and fruit breads. Taste is candied lemon peel, spicy yeasts, peppery white wine with a slightly warming / bitter / spicy finish. Lovely stuff.

Poured from bottle in a pint glass. Pours hazy straw with a huge foamy head. Aroma is pine and belgian funk with a bit or citrus. Taste is a strong bready yeast, a bit of pine, some hop bite, and then booze. Really odd beer but awesome except for the alcohol taste on the finish. Medoim body, uncontrollable carbonation.

Drought. Clear and bright yellow with small foamy white head, honey-citrus aroma, crisp and balanced hops taste, medium carbonation, long finish with bitter aftertaste. Loved it!

Bue en bouteille de 75 cl. Bière finement équilibrée, on sent le fruit jaune et le sucre reste très discret, le tout accompagnée d'un houblonnage quasi-parfait.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, deep golden. Strong aroma. Starts strong, malty, quite alcoholic. Sharp notes. Finish more balanced, less alcoholic. Some fruity hints of apricot. Okay.

Bottle at The Bruery tasting at Beer & Beyond shop. Cloudy yellow with a huge bubbly head. Very complex aroma - tropical fruits, Belgian yeast, onions, cheese, grass and spices. Sweetish, fruity and green grassy flavors, mild sour notes, nice hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied, strong carbonation, dry-ish mouthfeel. Very good.

Golden pour from draft at first draft. Spicy and hoppy. Has a sour lipstick and cherry flavor to it. Weird. Not bad just interesting
